TBO.com is reporting that former Tampa Bay Rays star Elijah Dukes has been arrested on charges of striking a pregnant woman. Dukes played nearly 250 games with the Rays from 2007 to 2009. Dukes recently told the Tampa Tribune that he was blackballed from baseball after allegedly smuggling drugs onto a chartered team flight.
